We heat the air fryer at 375 degrees F.
Then we place the parchment sheet in the basket.
Now we mix the eggs in the dish.
We stir the Parmesan, salt, paprika, onion seasoning, almond flour, garlic powders, & black pepper in a different dish.
We immerse each mushroom piece in the egg & almond mixture.
Put the coated pieces in the tray and spray lightly with oil.
Bake these mushrooms for twelve to fourteen minutes.
Serve hot with preferred keto sauce.
