Layer half of the cake pieces evenly on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl mixed condensed milk with water, stir in pudding mix and beat well. Chill in fridge 10min.
Remove pudding mix from fridge and add almond extract. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Pour half the cream mixture over the cake, top with peaches. Repeat layer with cake, cream, and topped with peaches. Place in fridge to chill 4 hours.
Cut and enjoy!
