  2. Remove bowl from the freezer

  3. Place cold cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in the bowl

  4. Use a whisk or hand blender to beat the cream vigorously until medium-soft peaks form, about 4 minutes if whisking

  5. Continue beating until the cream holds its shape with a peak that curls over slightly
