Cube boneless chicken thighs.
Season chicken with olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika.
Stuff chicken cubes onto skewers.
Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, make the sauce: melt 1 stick of butter, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pinch of sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Flip the chicken skewers.
Air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes.
Once cooked, spread the butter sauce over the hot chicken skewers.
