Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes
Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil
Add dry pasta and cherry tomatoes
Simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes
Stir in heavy cream and fresh parmesan cheese
Top with chopped basil and serve
