Carrot Cake Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all base ingredients in a dish until combined

  3. Bake for 12–15 mins, until the middle is set

  4. Let cool completely.

  5. Combine yogurt and cream cheese, spread over the top, and sprinkle with walnuts.

  6. Slice into 4 equal portions. Enjoy warm or chilled!
