Prepare Bang Bang Sauce by mixing together all the ingredients.
Pour ½ cup of the sauce into another bowl, because you will use that to brush onto the chicken while it is on the grill.
Cut the chicken into cubes, then toss in the seasonings, olive oil, and yoghurt. Ensure all pieces are coated well.
Thread the chicken onto each skewer, making sure all the pieces are close together. Repeat until all chicken is used.
Heat the grill to 475 degrees. Once the grill is hot, add the skewers. Leave undisturbed for 5-6 minutes. Brush the sauce onto each skewer. Leave for 5 minutes. Repeat until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degs. Remove from grill. Serve with reserved Bang Bang sauce on the side.
Air-Fryer: Add the skewers to the air fryer basket in a single layer – you may need to work in batches or cut the skewers in half to fit. Air fry at 400 degrees for 11-13 minutes, flipping halfway.
