Spicy Chicken Lettuce Sandwich
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F or oven to 450F and spray the air fryer or baking pan lightly with avocado oil

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the patties

  3. Transfer patty mixture to the fridge to firm up while you prepare the other components

  4. Make the aioli by whisking all ingredients until combined

  5. Set aioli aside in the fridge until ready to use

  6. In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumb ingredients

  7. Remove the meat from the fridge and divide into 4 patties

  8. Coat each patty well on both sides in breadcrumb mixture using your palms to secure and flatten into patty shape

  9. Add the patties to your air fryer or oven and spray the tops lightly with avocado oil

  10. Air fry for 9-12 minutes or bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway until cooked through

  11. Serve patties as is or add to a lettuce or regular bun alongside the aioli
