Prep a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.
First up, put your chocolate chips, nut butter and butter in a sauce pan and cook on low to medium heat while stirring until all melted and no lumps remain. Then stir in the vanilla.
Remove from heat and add your broken up matzah in and coat the matzah in the chocolate.
After that, add the confectioner’s sugar and mix up until all your matzah is covered.
Spread the mixture on the wax paper to cool. I popped mine in the refrigerator to make the process faster. Then eat and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container if there is any left!
