Sautéed Bok Choy
  1. Add oil and sesame oil to a non-stick skillet and place over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and cook for a minute before adding the bok choy and cook for another minute. Add the soy sauce and a few spoons of water and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove the bok choy from the heat and serve immediately.
