Creamy Butter Beans
  1. Drain one tin of beans.

  2. Add all beans to a saucepan with chicken stock.

  3. Simmer away whilst stirring vigorously and squishing about a third of beans.

  4. Remove from heat after about 10mins & mix through the Parmesan, lemon juice & mustard.
