Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cut shallow crosshatch lines across the top of each chicken breast. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. In a small bowl, combine Britscookin Cajun Seasoning, Montreal Chicken Seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and grated Parmesan. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, getting it into the crevices and coating both sides well!

  3. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. While the chicken bakes, mix together butter, parsley, garlic, black pepper, and garlic salt until well combined.

  5. When the chicken is almost done, remove it from the oven and spoon a bit of the garlic butter over each piece.

  6. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan on top, then place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melty.

  7. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Top with more Parmesan & enjoy.
