Preheat oven 425F
Whisk all dry ingredients in 1 bowl (except sugar)
Mix lemon zest with sugar in a separate bowl (get the lemon oil in lemon zest mixed with sugar to enhance the lemon smell)
Add in the sugar bowl: butter, yogurt, eggs, milk, vanilla, lemon juice -> mix well
Pour wet mixture into flour mixture
Fold lightly with spatula (enough till no visible flour, NO OVERMIX)
Fill in muffin cup
Bake at 425F for 15 min
