Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a pie dish.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese directly into the dish.
Add chopped broccoli and top evenly with more cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, HWC, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour the custard mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then increase temp to 375°F and bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
