Add the warm water, yeast, and sugar to a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
In a separate bowl, mix together the bread flour and salt.
Pour the yeast mixture and oil into the flour mixture and stir until it starts to come together.
Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 90 minutes.
Punch down the dough and divide it in half to make two pizzas or four cheesy breads.
