In a large pot or deep skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat.
Add garlic powder, ranch seasoning, beef broth, and milk. Stir to combine.
Stir in uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer covered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Turn off heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra cheese if desired.
