Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add East End Cumin Seeds, and let them sizzle. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and minced meat. Cook until browned.
Add East End Garam Masala, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in green peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in fresh coriander.
Take a samosa pastry sheet, fold into a triangle, and fill with 1-2 tbsp of the mixture. Seal with flour paste.
Deep-fry until crispy and golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
