Crispy Indian-spiced Minced Meat & Peas Samosas
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add East End Cumin Seeds, and let them sizzle. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.

  2. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and minced meat. Cook until browned.

  3. Add East End Garam Masala, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Stir in green peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in fresh coriander.

  5. Take a samosa pastry sheet, fold into a triangle, and fill with 1-2 tbsp of the mixture. Seal with flour paste.

  6. Deep-fry until crispy and golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
