High Protein Berry Cheesecake Baked Oatmeal
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together flax eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix in oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Fold in berries and pour mixture into the baking dish.

  5. To make cheesecake swirl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sweetener, yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

  6. Add cheesecake mixture on top of the baked oatmeal mixture in dollops. use a knife to swirl the two mixtures back and forth a few times.

  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set. slice into 6-8 pieces. top with toppings of choice and enjoy!
