Viral Fruit Mochi
  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup and protein powder until smooth.

  2. Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water and as soon as it begins to soften, move it to a small bowl.

  3. Fill with your fruit, and a heaping scoop of the yogurt.

  4. Wrap it up then coat lightly in the tapioca flour/corn starch.

  5. Freeze for 40 minutes and enjoy!
