Venison Marinade
  1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients before marinating.

  2. For the Real Teriyaki, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar.

  3. For the French Red marinade, bring red wine, bay leaves, black peppercorns, salt, thyme, and mustard seeds to a boil, then cool before marinating.

  4. For Das Marinade, boil lager beer, malt vinegar, mustard seed, caraway seed, salt, celery seed, and parsley, then cool before marinating.

  5. For the Greek style marinade, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano.

  6. For the Yucatecan marinade, blend garlic, black pepper, coriander, salt, cumin, Mexican oregano, vegetable oil, lime juice, and water.

  7. For the Korean Bulgogi, buzz together green onions, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar, chiles, molasses, mirin, and soy sauce.
