Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the seasoned butternut squash evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the cranberries, tossing gently to mix.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cranberries are soft and starting to burst.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with more honey if desired, then sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
