High Protein Pizza
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

  2. Lay down one piece of lavash bread and sprinkle on a light layer of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Don’t use too much, you’ll want to save plenty for the top.

  3. Add the second piece of lavash, spread on the marinara sauce, then top with the remaining cheese and turkey pepperoni.

  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and golden.
