Creamy Potato Casserole With Minced Meat
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut or slice them into thin slices.

  2. Mix milk, cream and starch, add the garlic, spices and salt and bring to the gentle boil with the potato slices, then simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring carefully several times.

  3. Fry the minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly. Add onion and garlic and continue frying. Then tomato paste is added, lightly roasted and finally tomato puree, salt and spices are added.

  4. Pour half of the potato mixture into the mold, pour the minced meat sauce over it and sprinkle some cheese on top. Then add the remaining potatoes and mix.

  5. Cover with cheese.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 35-40 minutes. After the cooking time is over, let it rest for 15 minutes and serve!
