Easy Air Fryer Blueberry Bagels
  1. Mix equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.

  2. Knead until you’ve got a dough ball.

  3. If making blueberry bagels, add about ½ cup blueberries.

  4. Lightly flour a surface, knead for a couple more minutes, and divide the dough into 4 parts.

  5. Roll into balls and poke a hole in the center to make a bagel shape.

  6. Brush bagels with egg wash and add toppings if desired.

  7. Air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  8. Allow them to cool, slice, and enjoy.
