Bang Bang Halloumi
  1. Mix 2 tbsp each mayo, sweet chilli and sriracha together

  2. Chop your halloumi into chunks, and pat it dry with kitchen towel

  3. Tip the halloumi into the sauce and mix to coat

  4. Place in the air-fryer and cook for 8 Mins at 190 - until becoming slightly charred on the outside

  5. You can also open halfway through and brush on a little more of the sauce if you like!

  6. Make up another bit of sauce with 1 tbsp each of the ingredients to drizzle over the top too!
