Simple Chai
  1. First crush the cardamom, then black pepper, then cinnamon and cloves, then some fresh ginger

  2. Boil a cup of water and add the spices and some ceylon black tea

  3. Take the pot off the heat, cover and let it brew for 5 minutes

  4. Put the pot back on the heat and add 5/4 cup of milk and sugar, mix well.

  5. Let it foam up, strain and enjoy
