Crunchy Cornslaw
  1. In a large bowl, cut all the corn from the cobs directly into the bowl.

  2. Add cabbage, peppers, onion, carrots, apple and poppyseeds and stir to combine.

  3. In a smaller bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar and fold into the corn mixture until everything is coated.

  4. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
