High-Protein Bagels
  1. Preheat oven at 375°.

  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and yogurt with a wooden spoon, then with hands. It'll feel dry but just keep mixing.

  3. Shape into 4 bagels.

  4. Brush the top with egg wash if you want a golden top.

  5. Add toppings of choice such as everything but the bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, raisins, cheese, jalapaños, berries, etc.

  6. Stick a rolled parchment paper in the center hole so the hole stays open during the baking process.

  7. Place the bagels in the oven, top rack, and bake at 375° for 20 mins. Then increase the temperature to 400° for the next 5-7 mins until golden.
