Stuffed Pastry
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead it into a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Divide the rested dough into 12 pieces and shape them into balls. After rolling the balls into the size of a dessert plate, grease them with the mixture of butter and vegetable oil, and place them on a suitable baking tray. Once all the dough pieces are prepared, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for at least an hour.

  3. For the filling, cook the ground beef until it changes color. Add the finely chopped onion and spices, cook for a few more minutes, and then remove from the heat.

  4. Shape the rested dough as shown in the video.

  5. Bake in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven, and cook until golden brown. Bake carefully. Enjoy!
