Baked Chicken Leg Drumsticks With Honey Garlic Sauce
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, oils, rice vinegar, water, sriracha, garlic, ginger and salt until well mixed and the honey dissolved.

  2. Place chicken drumsticks in a large baking dish. Pour the honey garlic marinade over all the chicken pieces. Use tongs to flip them, ensuring they are all coated in the marinade.

  3. Preheat oven to 350F.

  4. Remove plastic wrap from the baking dish and place the dish in the oven and bake for 90 minutes. Use tongs to turn the chicken drumsticks every 30 minutes.

  5. If desired, turn the oven to broil and cook the drumsticks under the broiler for about 5 minutes to brown and crisp up the skin.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes. Top with the green onions and serve with rice.
