Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat.
Add rice and cook, stirring until golden brown, about 5 minutes
Heat stock
When rice is brown, add garlic, cumin and paprika sautee abot 30 seconds add stock, tomato sauce, salt, and msg to the pan.
Stir and Bring to a boil turn down to a simmer. Let simmer for 15 minutes, until rice is cooked and there is no liquid left. Fluff before serving and top with cilantro if desired.
