Natural Electrolyte Hydration Drink
  1. Juice 1 cup of pomegranate

  2. Squeeze 1 lemon

  3. Combine pomegranate juice and coconut water in a glass

  4. Add squeezed lemon juice

  5. Stir in 1 tsp honey
