Combine everything in a VERY large bowl.
Scoop out into meatball sized portions - about 2 tbsp (should make about 70 meatballs)
Place on baking sheets (it took me 1 large and 2 small baking sheets)
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes - until the tops are browned and crispy
The underside will likely be a little soft and moist, so you can flip and broil until that side is browned as well
Let cool on a wire rack before transferring to freezer bags
Eat within 2-3 months
