Corn Ribs
  1. Cut corn in half vertically and repeat until you have quarters (you can half it horizontally first to make it easier)

  2. Mix together oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika

  3. Brush the corn quarters with the oil mixture

  4. Bake at 190°C/375°F for 25-30 minutes or air fry at 190°C/375°F for 15 minutes

  5. Mix vegan mayo, sriracha, and lemon juice together to make the sauce

  6. Serve corn ribs with the sauce
