Choose your potato
Peel the potatoes (optional)
Prep your bowl with water and vinegar
Scrub the potatoes and slice them thin
Heat up the oil in a pan
Use tongs to slide potato slices into the hot oil
Flip the slices when the edges turn golden
Remove the chips from the oil and let the oil drip off on a plate covered with paper towels
Season the chips with sea salt (optional)
