Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the slices lightly with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each crostini with a slice of Brie.
Place a fig half on top of the Brie.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle the warm crostini with honey.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and a pinch of sea salt before serving.
