Baked Fig And Brie Crostini With Honey Drizzle
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle the slices lightly with olive oil.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each crostini with a slice of Brie.

  6. Place a fig half on top of the Brie.

  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Drizzle the warm crostini with honey.

  9. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and a pinch of sea salt before serving.
