Ingredients:
Scramble the eggs: Gently scramble the eggs. You can even blend them beforehand with some of the milk to ensure a smoother texture after cooking.
Combine Ingredients: In a Ninja Creami container, blend the soft-scrambled eggs with the whole milk, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and allulose (if using).
Freeze: Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.
Spin: Place the frozen mixture in your Ninja Creami and process using the Gelato setting.
Respin (if needed): If the texture is powdery, add a tablespoon or two of milk and re-spin until your desired consistency is achieved.
