Fry chopped onions until golden
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil
Knead into a dough, then fold in cooled onions and rosemary
Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking pan
Let rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35–40 minutes
Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy warm or toasted.
