  1. Fry chopped onions until golden

  2. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil

  3. Knead into a dough, then fold in cooled onions and rosemary

  4. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour

  5. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking pan

  6. Let rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35–40 minutes

  7. Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy warm or toasted.
