Pan-fried Shrimp With Mixed Herbs And Triple Citrus Sauce
  1. In a small bowl whisk together: garlic, ¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling & Dipping Sauce, and fresh herbs. Toss shrimp to coat. Transfer shrimp to the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to the skillet, discarding their marinade.

  3. Cook the shrimp, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking, for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in the reserved portion of Triple Citrus Sauce, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are caramelized and cooked through, about 2-3 additional minutes.

  5. Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs, add salt and pepper to taste.
