Burrata Toast
  1. Slice bread in half and toast half in either a toaster or in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil

  2. Add the arugula leaves with a light drizzle of olive oil and flaky salt

  3. Cut the creamy burrata cheese and place on top with a light drizzle of olive oil

  4. Top with the peach slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy your burrata toast! You can also add red pepper flakes if you like it spicy :)
