High Protein No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
  1. Blend all ingredients minus graham cracker and whipped cream

  2. Crush a graham cracker into the bottom of each mug/jar

  3. Pour cheesecake mixture on top of graham cracker

  4. Cover and leave in fridge for a few hours or overnight until set

  5. Top with whipped cream and a little extra pumpkin spice and enjoy!
