Protein Packed Chicken Alfredo With 1 Ingredient Pasta
  1. Cut cabbage lengthwise into long thin strips

  2. Transfer the cabbage to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes

  3. Cut chicken into bite-size cubes, season with salt and pepper and sear on skillet until internal temperature reaches 165°

  4. Blend cottage cheese, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth

  5. Transfer sauce to the pan of cooked chicken and simmer on low heat until sauce begins to bubble

  6. Plate the roasted cabbage and top with chicken Alfredo and serve
