Preheat: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Mix Base: Whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Add Flavor: Stir in mozzarella, most of the pepperoni, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Top & Bake: Pour into the dish, top with remaining pepperoni, and bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and set.
Cool & Serve: Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm with marinara.
