Pat dry the chicken wings with some kitchen paper, then coat them in 1 tablespoon of the oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Air-fry at 200°C for 17 minutes. Turn halfway or shake so you get an even cook.
Just before the chicken has finished cooking, heat the rest of the oil in a pan, add the chilli and crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1–2 minutes. Put the wings in a bowl, then add the basil and Parmesan and shake together.
