Crispy Rice Salad
  1. Either bake the crispy rice in the oven (180C) air fryer or in a waffle iron for around 15 minutes

  2. For the dressing, mix together the tahini, light soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, honey or sugar, chilli oil, and minced garlic. Add boiling water to thin the sauce if desired.
