Bourbon Pecan Cranberry Sauce Recipe
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, bourbon, sugar, salt, orange juice and zest, and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and mixture has thickened, 20 to 25 minutes.

  3. Fold in the pecans and transfer to a medium bowl.

  4. Refrigerate until cold before serving.
