Preheat oven to 350F
Grease a 9″ pie plate.
In a bowl, combine crust ingredients, then press into the bottom of the pie plate.
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer and cream together pie filling.
Pour pie filling over the crust in the pie plate.
Put into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until top is brown. (It’s OK if it feels slightly jiggy in the middle.)
Once your butter pie is removed from the oven refrigerate for at least two hours to set (really – it’s worth the wait), then enjoy!
