Crispy Smashed Potato Salad With Chilli Crisp Tahini
  1. Boil 750g Jersey Royal potatoes until tender

  2. Smash the boiled potatoes

  3. Season the smashed potatoes with salt and pepper

  4. Roast the seasoned potatoes with olive oil until golden and crisp

  5. Mix together mayo, Greek yoghurt, tahini, chilli crisp, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar

  6. Stir in minced garlic and minced ginger into the dressing

  7. Combine the roasted potatoes with the dressing

  8. Top with chopped spring onion, fresh coriander, and toasted black and white sesame seeds
