Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
Slice the green pepper, red pepper, and onion
Add diced chicken to the slow cooker
Add sliced peppers and onion to the slow cooker
In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, and Chinese 5 spice
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables
Cook on low in the slow cooker until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender
Add the straight-to-wok noodles and stir to combine
Cook for an additional few minutes until noodles are heated through
Divide into 4 servings and serve
