Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut zucchini into slices, pat them dry, salt heavily, and let sit between two paper towels for a few minutes. This removes moisture!
Make your sauce: Mix the ricotta, egg, and seasonings together in a separate bowl.
In glass bowls, layer passata, cooked mince, zucchini, ricotta, and light mozzarella twice.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven!
